Where You ask Clause Samples

Where You ask. Us to perform work or provide materials which constitute Extra Work and We agree to such request then the provisions of this agreement shall apply to that Extra work and You shall pay for the Extra work at the following rate: (a) where We have quoted an amount prior to performing or providing the Extra Work, the amount quoted; and (b) where We have not given any such quote, an amount calculated for work done at Our standard rates for such work.
