Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Association on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. Employment Condition The Participant must be employed by the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year, irrespective of whether he satisfies any Hours of Service condition under Option (d), with the following exceptions: (Choose (1) or at least one of (2) through (5))
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program.
Delivery of Materials upon Termination of Employment As requested by the Company from time to time and upon the termination of Executive's employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all copies and embodiments, in whatever form, of all Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in Executive's possession or within his control (including, but not limited to, written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, shall provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company.
Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
Employment Relations The Company is in compliance with all Federal, state or other applicable laws, domestic or foreign, respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours, and has not and is not engaged in any unfair labor practice.
Return of Employer's Property After Employee has received notice of termination or at the end of the term hereof, whichever first occurs, Employee shall promptly return to Employer all documents and other property in his possession belonging to Employer.
Condition of Employment The Employee acknowledges that his/her employment and the continuance of that employment with the Company is contingent upon his/her agreement to sign and adhere to the provisions of this Agreement. The Employee further acknowledges that the nature of the Company’s business is such that protection of its proprietary and confidential information is critical to its survival and success.
DISCIPLINE OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. Any action or behavior which reflects discredit upon the City or is a direct hindrance to the effective performance of the City's municipal governmental and proprietary functions may be considered good cause for disciplinary action against an employee and such actions or behavior which may be considered good cause for disciplinary action shall include, but not be limited to the following:
