Where required by the. Highway Traffic Act, equipment hired shall be registered in accordance with the Act and meet all Motor Vehicle Regulations of the Act. The Department reserves the right to inspect all equipment before awarding any contract work and at any time during the contract period to see that it meets the requirements and conditions of the work to be completed and is in good working order. The Department also reserves the right to inspect the Operators Licence and Operating Record.
