Collection Where Payment Refused The Custodian shall not be required to take action to effect collection of any amount, if the Securities upon which such amount is payable are in default, or if payment is refused after due demand or presentation, unless and until it shall be directed to take such action and it shall be assured to its satisfaction of reimbursement of its related costs and expenses.
Down Payment The Mortgagor has contributed at least 5% of the purchase price for the Mortgaged Property with his/her own funds.
DIVISION OF DEATH PROCEEDS Subject to Paragraphs VII and IX herein, the division of the death proceeds of the policy is as follows:

Payments under this Agreement In the event that one party (the “Owing Party”) is required to make a payment to another party (the “Owed Party”) pursuant to this Agreement, then such payments shall be made according to this Section 7.05.
E-PAYMENT Contractor/Vendor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.
OVERPAYMENT OF PURCHASES OR UNDERPAYMENT OF FEES Without limiting any other remedy available to any Purchaser, Contractor shall (a) reimburse Purchasers for any overpayments inconsistent with the terms of this Master Contract or orders, at a rate of 125% of such overpayments, found as a result of the examination of the Contractor’s records; and
Consideration Payment 5.1 In consideration of the Company’s Services, the Client shall pay to the Company the Consideration to be stipulated in the Termsheet and all reasonable out of pocket expenses (if any) in accordance with the commercial terms and payment terms as detailed in the Separate Agreement.
Lump Sum Payment Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, in lump sum, an amount equal to 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation incurred under this Agreement, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. Method B - Monthly Payments. Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, a specified amount each month for an estimated period of months, or until 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation under the provisions of the Agreement has been paid, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs.
