Where Clause 28C. 2.1 applies, Project Co shall ensure that the Contractor and/or the Service Provider (as the case may be) shall exercise properly, fully and in accordance with Law and the terms of this Agreement, each of the sub-contracted Authorised TWA Order Functions.
