Whenever any Party. Escrow Holder or Brokers herein shall desire to give or serve any notice, demand, request, approval, disapproval or other communication, each such communication shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally, by messenger, or by mail, postage prepaid, to the address set forth in this agreement or by facsimile transmission, electronic signature, digital signature, or email.
