When the End User Clause Samples

When the End User is currently receiving SBC-SWBT, AM-WI, AM-OH and AM-IN LifeLine and/or Link-Up benefit, the existing SBC-SWBT, AM-WI, AM-OH and AM-IN CSR will carry the appropriate service indicator. CLEC may view this indicator on the SBC-SWBT, AM-WI, AM-OH and AM-IN CSR.
