When an End User. is currently receiving PACIFIC, SNET or SBC-AM-IL LifeLine or Link-Up service, the existing PACIFIC, SNET or SBC-AM- ILCustomer Service Record (CSR) will carry the appropriate service indicator. CLEC may view this indicator on the CSR.

When an End User. is currently receiving NEVADA, PACIFIC, SNET or SBC-AM-IL AMERITECH LifeLine or Link-Up service, the existing NEVADA, PACIFIC, SNET or SBC-AM- ILCustomer AMERITECH Customer Service Record (CSR) will carry the appropriate service indicator. CLEC may view this indicator on the CSR.
