Common use of Wellness Clause in Contracts

Wellness. The College encourages employee wellness. The College will provide employees access to wellness facilities and resources consistent with other employee groups. Employees covered under this Agreement may participate in the College’s wellness activities that are developed each fiscal year by Human Resource Services in consultation with the Wellness Committee. Employee-requested schedule changes may be granted for participation in wellness activities. In addition, the College may offer employees wellness classes when it can do so at no cost or within available resources.
