WELL LOCATION. Prior to commencement of drilling on the Premises, Lessee shall provide written notice to Lessor of Lessee’s intent to drill a well, together with a plat of the Premises showing the location of each well to be drilled. Prior to commencement of any surface preparation in connection with a drill site or the construction of a road to a drill site, Lessee shall obtain any necessary easements, pay amounts required under the then current Rate and Damage Schedule, and give notice to Lessor and the surface occupant.
WELL LOCATION. Prior to commencement of development on the Premises, Lessee shall provide Lessor a plan of development regarding anticipated exploration and development of the Premises. Prior to commencement of drilling on the Premises, Lessee shall provide written notice to Lessor of Xxxxxx's intent to drill a well, together with a plat of the Premises showing the location of each well to be drilled. Prior to commencement of any surface preparation in connection with a drill site or the construction of an easement to a drill site, Lessee shall give notice to Lessor and Lessor shall provide written approval of location sites and facilities on the Premises prior to the commencement of operations. Lessee shall obtain all necessary easements, pay amounts required under the then-current Rate and Damage Schedule, and give notice to Lessor and the surface occupant of such commencement.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.
