WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. All pets must weigh less than 50 lbs. Tenant shall not keep any vicious dog within the Unit. A vicious dog is one that has bitten or clawed any person or in a vicious or terrorizing manner, approached any person in an apparent attitude of attack whether or not the attack is consummated or is capable of being consummated. No dog may be kept within the Unit that is a member of a reputedly vicious breed including by example and not limitation, American Staffordshire Terriers, also known as Pit Bulls; Bull Terrier; American Bulldog; Rottweilers; Doberman Pinschers; Perro de Presa Canarios; Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog; Dogo Argentino; Chow Chow; German Shepherd; American Bandogge; Tosa Inu; Cane Corso; Boer Boel; Gull Dong; Fila Brasileiro; Wolf Hybrid; and Caucasian Ovcharka. TENANT may keep only the pet described below. TENANT may not substitute any other pet for this one. Neither TENANT, TENANT’S guests, nor other occupants may bring any other pet—mammal, reptile, bird, fish, rodent, or insect into the UNIT or on the PROPERTY. The following special provisions takes precedence over conflicting provisions of this printed form: Even visiting pets must be registered and the pet fee paid for, regardless of the length of time that pet has been or will be on the PROPERTY. Pets are not allowed on balconies/patios. Pets must remain inside TENANT’S UNIT. Pets are not permitted in the FACILITIES or leasing office at any time.
