WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. The CONTRACTOR shall not load vehicles in excess of the manufacturer’s recommendations or limitations imposed by State or local weight restrictions on vehicles. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that the CITY may document compliance with this provision of this Agreement through review of scale tickets and records of the Transfer Station, MRF, Organic Materials Processing Facility and Disposal Facility.
