WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Customer, not ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Logistics, shall ensure that loaded Units meet all federal, state, and local highway loading and weight restrictions and requirements, as well those requirements set forth by the underlying carriers, where applicable. Customer shall forward all required information to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Logistics, which shall in turn forward the information to the underlying carrier(s). ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Logistics shall in not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
