WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Safes, furniture or bulky articles may be moved in or out of said Premises only at such hours and in such manner as will least inconvenience other tenants, which hours and manner shall be at the discretion of Lessor. No safe or other article of over 2,000 pounds shall be moved into said Premises without the consent of Lessor, whose consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and Lessor shall have the right to locate the position of any article of weight in said Premises if Lessor so desires.

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Customer, not Xxxxxx Logistics, shall ensure that loaded Units meet all federal, state, and local highway loading and weight restrictions and requirements, as well those requirements set forth by the underlying carriers, where applicable. Customer shall forward all required information to Xxxxxx Logistics, which shall in turn forward the information to the underlying carrier(s). Xxxxxx Logistics shall in not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Tenant shall not place within the Building any safes, copying machines, computer equipment or other objects of unusual size or weight, nor shall Tenant place within the Building any objects which exceed the floor weight specifications of the Building, without the prior written consent of Lessor. The placement and positioning of all such objects within the Building shall be prescribed by Lessor and such objects shall, in all cases, be placed upon plats or footings of such size as shall be prescribed by Lessor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor hereby approves the placement of not more than 35 four-drawer vertical file cabinets which weigh not more than 500 pounds each when full in the Premises and agrees that the weight of such file cabinets does not violate the weight restrictions noted herein; provided, however, that Tenant shall distribute such file cabinets throughout the Premises to provide a reasonable dispersion of the weight of the same.

A vicious dog is one that has bitten or clawed any person or in a vicious or terrorizing manner, approached any person in an apparent attitude of attack whether or not the attack is consummated or is capable of being consummated.
