Common use of Weekend Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Weekend Scheduling. Nurses shall normally be scheduled for every other 15 weekend off. This provision shall not apply when the nurse requests to work such a 16 schedule or if the consecutive weekends occur when nurses trade weekends.
