Common use of Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend premium of three dollars and twenty-five cents (3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided greater than two

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend premium of three dollars and twentyeighty-five (85¢) cents (3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) paid to employees working a an employee for all hours actually worked on any shift wherein where the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) the hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled that shift fall between 0001 hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) on Saturday and 2400 hours on a Friday provided greater than twothe following Sunday.

Weekend Premium. (a) “22.01 A weekend premium Weekend Premium of three dollars and twenty-five cents ($3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) paid in addition to employees working a shift wherein Shift Premium, if applicable to Employees for all hours worked within the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing from fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) Friday to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen zero seven hundred (15000700) hours on a Friday provided greater than twothe following Monday. Such premium payments shall not be considered as part of the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay. Where applicable, an Employee shall be eligible to receive both Shift Premium and Weekend Premium.

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend Employees shall receive an additional premium of three dollars and twenty-twenty five cents ($3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) hours for work on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour Saturday and/or Sunday for hours worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided greater than twoincluding overtime hours.

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend premium of three two dollars and twenty-five cents (3.25$2.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees full-time Employees working a rotation where a weekend shift wherein is part of the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; orregular work week; (ii) part-time Employees shall not be entitled to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided greater than twothe weekend premium.

Weekend Premium. (a) “17.01 A weekend premium Weekend Premium of three dollars and twenty-five cents ($3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) paid in addition to employees working a shift wherein Shift Differential, if applicable to Employees for all hours worked within the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing from fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) Friday to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen zero seven hundred (15000700) hours on a Friday provided greater than twothe following Monday. Such premium payments shall not be considered as part of the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay. Where applicable, an Employee shall be eligible to receive both Shift Differential and Weekend Premium.

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend premium shall be paid, in addition to the Employee’s basic hourly rate of three dollars pay, of one dollar and twenty-five fifty cents (3.25$1.50) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) for all hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) between 1500 hours on a Friday provided greater than twoand 0700 hours Monday.

Weekend Premium. 34:01 (a) A weekend premium of three dollars one dollar and twentythirty-five cents (3.25$1.35) per hour shall be paid: (i) paid to employees working a an employee for all hours worked on any shift wherein where the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) that shift fall between 00:01 hours on a Friday provided greater than twothe Saturday and 24:00 hours the following Sunday.

Weekend Premium. (a) A weekend premium of three dollars one dollar and twenty-seventy five cents (3.25$1.75) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing at fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided greater than two

Such premium payments shall not be considered as part of the Employee's Basic Rate of Pay. Where applicable, an Employee shall be eligible to receive both Shift Differential and Weekend Premium."

(a) A Effective November 1, 2024, a weekend premium shall be paid, in addition to the Employee’s basic hourly rate of three dollars and pay, of twenty-five cents (3.25$0.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a shift wherein the majority of such shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) for all hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) between 1500 hours on a Friday provided greater than twoand 0700 hours Monday.

(a) A weekend premium of three dollars and twenty-five thirty (30) cents (3.25) per hour shall be paid: (i) to employees working a paid for each hour worked by an employee on each shift wherein where the majority of such hours of the shift falls within a sixty-four (64) hour period commencing fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday; or (ii) to employees working each regularly scheduled hour worked after fifteen hundred (1500) hours on a Friday provided greater than twofall between 0001.
