Common use of Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premium. A nurse shall be paid a weekend premium of seventy-five cents (75¢) for all hours worked on a weekend between 2400 hours Friday and 2400 hours Sunday. The weekend premium will not be payable for hours where the nurse is being paid at an overtime rate, nor shall there be any pyramiding with respect to any other premiums payable under the provisions of this Collective Agreement.

Weekend Premium. Weekend Premium. The weekend premium will not be payable for hours where the nurse is being paid at an overtime rate, nor shall there be any pyramiding with respect to any other premiums payable under the provisions of this Collective Agreement$2.00 per hour.
