Common use of Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premium. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

Weekend Premium. An Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five ten cents ($1.451.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 2300 hours Friday to 2400 and 2300 hours Sunday Sunday, or such other 48 forty-eight (48) hour period that as the Hospital local parties may establishagree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five fifty cents ($1.451.50) per hour for each hour worked shifts where 50% or more of the hours of that shift fall between 2400 hours Friday to and 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establishSunday. If an employee is in receipt of receiving premium payment pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he she will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

Weekend Premium. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five seventy cents ($1.451.70) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 forty- eight (48) hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

Weekend Premium. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and fortysixty-five cents ($1.451.65) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. Effective June 28April 1, 20052007, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 1.70 per hour and effective April 1, 2008 the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.75 per hour.
