Common use of Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten thirty-five cents ($1.101.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 to 2400 hours Sunday, Sunday or such other forty-eight (48) 48 hour period as that the local parties Hospital may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreementestablish. If an employee is receiving in receipt of premium pay payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee he will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. If an employee is receiving in receipt of premium pay payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

Weekend Premium. If an employee is in receipt of overtime pursuant to consecutive and subsequent weekends worked, she will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective July April 1, 20202018, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar two dollars and ten fifty cents ($1.102.50) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 to 2400 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay in receipt of overtime pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive and subsequent weekends worked, the employee she will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. Weekend Premium. Effective July 1January 7, 20202019, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar two dollars and ten fifteen cents ($1.102.15) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or other such other forty-eight (48) hour period times as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreementagree. If Effective March 31, 2020, an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to shall be paid a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionof two dollars and twenty cents ($2.20) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or other such times as the parties may agree.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1February 26, 20202015, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten ninety-five cents ($1.101.95) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 2400 hours Sunday, or other such other forty-eight (48) hour period times as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionagree.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee Employees shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten fifty cents ($1.101.50) per hour for each hour all hours worked between 2300 hours during the time period of 11:00 p.m. on Friday and 2300 hours to 11:00 p.m. on Sunday. Effective with the first full pay period after July 1, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked2021, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionwill be $1.75 per hour.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an An employee shall be paid receive a weekend premium of one dollar and ten five cents ($1.101.05) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 1500 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday0700 hours, Monday. It is understood that there is no pyramiding of this premium with any other premium (other than shift premium) or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionpayment of wages.

Weekend Premium. Employees shall be paid a Weekend Premium of fifteen (15) cents per hour for all hours worked between Friday at 10:00 p.m. and Sunday at 11:59 p.m. This premium shall be in addition to the regular Shift Premium. Effective July 1September 12th, 20202018, an employee shall employees will be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten twenty-five cents ($1.1025ȼ) per hour for each hour all hours worked between 2300 hours Friday at 10 pm and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as Sunday at 11:59 pm. This premium shall be in addition to the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionregular Shift Premium.

Weekend Premium. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionMonday.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 19, 20202021, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten thirty-five cents ($1.1035¢) per hour shall be paid to all employees for each hour all hours worked between 2300 hours hr. Friday and 2300 hours hr. Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. Effective July April 1, 20202018, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday. If the parties mutually agree, or such other the effective times for this weekend premium may adjusted to reflect a different forty-eight (48) hour time period as over the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant and effective April 1, 2013 this amount shall increase to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision$2.65.

Weekend Premium. Effective July December 1, 20202017, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten twenty cents ($1.100.20) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 twenty-three hundred (2300) hours Friday and 2300 twenty-three hundred (2300) hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as . This premium will be in addition to the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreementregular premiums. Effective June 1, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive 2020 – Increase weekend premium under this provisionby three cents ($0.03) to twenty- six cents ($0.26).

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2300/2330 hours on Friday and 2300 2300/2330 hours on Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends workedunder any provision of the Collective Agreement, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision. The weekend premium shall be eighty-five cents ($0.85) per hour effective April 01, 2007.

Weekend Premium. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of two dollars and thirty five cents ($2.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other forty eight (48) hour period that the Employer may establish. Effective July April 1, 2020, 2019 an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar two dollars and ten fifty cents ($1.102.50) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours 2400 hrs Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, to 2400 hrs Sunday or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as that the local parties Employer may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionestablish.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 119.01 An Employee who works Saturdays or Sundays as part of his regularly scheduled work week, 2020, an employee shall be paid receive a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents two dollars ($1.102.00) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours from 11:00 PM Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreementto 7:00 AM Monday. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive The weekend premium under this provisionshall not be paid to an Employee who is not regularly scheduled to work weekends and receives overtime compensation for working Saturday or Sunday as a day of rest.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee Employees working during the fifty-five (55) consecutive hour weekend period commencing 0000 hours Saturday to 0700 hours Monday shall be paid compensated with a weekend premium of one dollar and ten fifty cents ($1.101.50) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 (or part thereof) during the period including overtime hours Friday worked and 2300 hours Sundaytime worked during a callback. Effective October 31, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked2011, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionshall be one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten forty-five cents ($1.100.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 to hours Sunday, Sunday or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as that the local parties Corporation may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreementestablish. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.. ARTICLE ALLOWANCES

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 20202013, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.101.00) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, Employees shall receive an employee shall be paid a weekend additional premium of one dollar and ten fifteen cents ($1.101.15) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 work on a Saturday or Sunday as stipulated in below. Weekend premium shall be in respect of all regularly scheduled hours Friday at straight-time rates on Saturday or Sunday. This premium does not apply to part-time employees who are scheduled to work only four (4) hours in a week, including Saturday or Sunday. Effective July April 1, 20202022, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar two dollars and ten seventy cents ($1.102.70) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or other such other forty-eight (48) hour period times as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionagree.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020the first full pay period in August 2012, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten seventy-five cents ($1.1075¢) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

Weekend Premium. Effective July April 1, 20202009, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten eighty cents ($1.101.80) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 2400 hours Sunday, or other such other forty-eight (48) hour period times as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionagree.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee ‌ Employees shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar two dollars and ten thirty-five cents ($1.102.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 2400 hours Sunday. Weekend premium is not payable where overtime or any other premium payment, Holiday pay, leave of absence or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee vacation pay is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionapplicable.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee The Employer shall be paid pay a weekend premium of one dollar and ten thirty-five cents ($1.101.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 23:30 hours on a Friday and 2300 23:30 hours on the following Sunday. Effective the first full pay period following April 1, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked2023, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionwill increase to one dollar and eighty cents ($1.80) per hour.

Weekend Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee Employees shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten twenty cents ($1.101.20) per hour for each hour worked worked, between 2300 2400 hours Friday and 2300 to 2400 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive 2020 – Increase weekend premium under this provisionby three cents ($0.03) to twenty-six cents ($0.26).

Weekend Premium. An employee shall receive a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay for all hours worked between 12:01 am Saturday and 7:00 am Monday. Effective July 1October 31, 2020, an employee 2011 the premium shall be paid a weekend premium at the rate of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision1.75/hr.

Weekend Premium. Effective July January 1, 2020, an employee 2021 Employees shall be paid a weekend Weekend Premium of an additional fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour for all hours worked between Friday at 23:00 pm and Sunday at 23:00 pm. This premium of one dollar and shall be in addition to the regular Shift Premium. Effective January 1, 2023, increase by ten cents ($1.100.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other fortya total of twenty-eight five cents (48$0.25) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provisionper hour.
