Weekend Holiday. The day observed or celebrated by the Nation or Province shall be considered the Holiday, with the provision that when Statutory Holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, they will be celebrated on Monday, and when they fall on consecutive Saturday and Sunday or consecutive Sunday and Monday, they will be celebrated on the following Monday and Tuesday.
