This request must be submitted a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance of the date of the leave. A further unpaid leave of absence up to sevenseven (7) consecutive days immediately following the Wedding Leave may be requested. The CCM is required to provide the Company with documentation to support this leave if it falls outside a period where the Company is offering PLOAs to CCMs.
