Website Information. If the General Partner designates a website to disseminate information about the Partnership, the General Partner agrees that if the terms of use or other confidentiality, end-user or license agreements of such website are inconsistent with or contrary to the terms of the Partnership Agreement, the Subscription Agreement or this Letter Agreement, the terms of the Partnership Agreement, the Subscription Agreement or this Letter Agreement, as applicable, shall control.
