WEBSITE FEES. LICENSEE shall pay to NDS the sum of $20,000.00 per month for the day-to-day management and operation of the website on a twenty four hours per day, seven days per week basis beginning on live date. Website fees shall be due and payable on the first of each month without demand, and will be considered past due if not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date.
