Web Design. 8.1. If You instruct us to design and/or develop a website then We will require a 33% deposit. Such fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. 8.2. You will provide Us with all the information We may reasonably require in order to carry out Your instruction. 8.3. We reserve the right to charge You additional fees to the fees set in the event that Your initial instructions and the information You have provided changes.
