WATERMAIN. This plat is subject to a trunk watermain special assessment under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The assessment rate is adjusted annually. The 2019 rate is $4,743 per acre. If the development contract is signed by the Developer and City in 2019, the assessment amount is calculated as follows: 4.825 acres minus 0.265 acres of wetland = 4.560 acres x $4,743 per acre = $21,628.08. If the development contract is signed in another year, that year’s per acre rate will be used in the calculation. The assessment will be divided evenly among the lots and blocks in the final plat. The assessment will be spread over five years at 3.33% interest on the unpaid balance. The assessment shall be deemed adopted on the date this contract is signed by the City. The Developer waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the special assessment, including but not limited to, hearing requirements and any claim that the assessment exceeds the benefit to the property. The Developer waives any appeal rights otherwise available pursuant to M.S.A. 429.081.

WATERMAIN. Watermain replacement should be evaluated based on watermain age, break history, and capacity. Historical records provided by the City would be used to identify remaining service life based on age and break history. Existing model to be provided by the City of Batavia.
WATERMAIN. A pipe, or system of pipes and fittings, used to distribute water from a water supply source (e.g., water treatment plant) to the water service of any customer. Watermains are owned by MPS. Water Meter: A device owned by MPS designed and used to measure the quantity of water supplied to a customer. Water Service: The pipe, fittings, and devices needed to convey water from a watermain (typically underground in a street) to the internal plumbing system of the building or unit of the customer being served (to the water meter). Water System: A providing of water by MPS through the water service to the customer. SECTION 200 – GENERAL INFORMATION‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 201 Service Jurisdiction MPS was established by the City for the purpose of providing utility services to the residents of the city of Moorhead. MPS also provides water service to residents outside of the city limits but within the City’s service area. Service will be provided to eligible applicants only when accepted applicants understand and cooperate with the requirements for service, easements, deposits, payments, building data for meter sizing, and other requirements that must be met for MPS to supply water service.
WATERMAIN. 2.4.1 Watermain work will be completed to satisfy the domestic, process, and fire protection related needs of the facility.
WATERMAIN. The watermain shall be constructed with planned road and development projects. North Ellipse Municipal Watermain Extension North Ellipse Watermain will include the construction of approximately 945 feet of 8-inch watermain, 2 Fire Hydrant assemblies, and other necessary appurtenances. Watermain will be constructed along the Municipal Drive ellipse from the terminus of existing watermain located just west of the Xxxxxxxx East Public Library and heads westerly around the Municipal Drive ellipse terminating into existing watermain located at the west end of the ellipse northeast of Fishers Fire Station One. The completion of this project will complete looping watermain around the Municipal Drive ellipse and eliminate two existing dead-ends. This project will be constructed to accommodate current developments around Municipal Drive that are beginning construction of their sites. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Watermain will include the construction of approximately 220 feet of 12-inch watermain, 1 Fire Hydrant assembly, and other necessary appurtenances. Watermain will be constructed south along Xxxxx Street from the existing 20-inch watermain located in 000xx Xxxxxx. This project will occur with the South Street road project that bid in March 2019 and will provide future water service to the Xxxxxxxx South development.
WATERMAIN. 1. Construct, install, furnish, and provide without cost to City, a complete system of water supply and distribution, throughout the entire Subdivision, and including off site improvements necessary to provide such system, as approved by the Director of Engineering and Building and Public Utilities Committee on and in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the City Building and Engineering Department.

  • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall:
