Watercraft Sample Clauses
The Watercraft clause defines the terms and conditions under which watercraft, such as boats or jet skis, are covered or excluded under an agreement or policy. Typically, this clause specifies the types of watercraft included, any size or horsepower limitations, and may outline requirements for safe operation or storage. Its core function is to clarify the extent of coverage or liability related to watercraft, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their responsibilities and protections regarding these vehicles.
