Waterborne Transportation Needs. Purpose: the CONSULTANT shall assess the feasibility of utilizing the existing network of canals and waterways to accommodate some of the commuter, recreational and other trip purposes using the highway network. This task will identify the appropriate waterways and supporting facilities that would provide for the efficient and safe mobility of people.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business.
