Water Use Charge Clause Samples
Water Use Charge. The Water Use Charge shall be computed as the Variable Operation and Maintenance Cost determined pursuant to Section 13.3.1.1 divided by the total of all the Project Water Estimates submitted by the Project Participants for the upcoming Fiscal Year and expressed as a cost per thousand (1,000) gallons of water.
Water Use Charge. The True-Up of the Water Use Charge is as outlined in Section 13.5.
Water Use Charge. For any Contract Year, the rate established by the Authority for payment of the Variable Operating and Maintenance Costs. This Water Use Charge shall be based on Customer metered water usage and shall be the same charge per thousand gallons used for each Customer.
Water Use Charge. The Water Use Charge will be paid to the Provincial Government for use of water by the power complex to generate electricity. The Water Use Charge per kWh will be fixed by the Provincial and AJK Governments and will be quantified in RFP.
