WATER FILLED FURNITURE. Water filled furniture (one piece) is allowed in the Apartment under the following conditions:

WATER FILLED FURNITURE. Lessee may not use or maintain water filled furniture on the Premises unless Lessee first obtains Lessor's prior written consent and further obtains and maintains in effect an insurance policy covering damage that may be caused by the presence of such furniture or its failure. Lessor's prior written consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, but shall be conditioned upon receiving a request in writing from Lessee, and the proper execution by all Lessees of a separate water bed and/or liquid filled furniture agreement in a form acceptable to Lessor, and providing for the proper insurance policy or certificate of insurance to protect against property damage. Lessee shall indemnify, defend, and hold Lessor and the leased Premises harmless from any damage caused by any water filled furniture in the Premises.
WATER FILLED FURNITURE. No water beds or other items of water- filled furniture are permitted on ‘Premises.’
WATER FILLED FURNITURE. Lessee may not use or maintain water filled furniture on the Premises including, but not limited to a water bed or any object that holds more than 10 gallons of liquid, unless Lessee first obtains Lessor’s prior written consent and further obtains and maintains in effect an insurance policy covering damage that may be caused by the presence of such furniture or its failure. Said policy shall have coverage in an amount acceptable to Lessor and shall name Lessor as an additional named insured.
WATER FILLED FURNITURE. No water beds or other items of water-filled furniture are permitted in assigned living space.
WATER FILLED FURNITURE x Residents will not have water filled furniture. □ Residents will have water filled furniture and must comply with the terms and conditions of the Water Filled Furniture Addendum to be attached hereto. Failure to comply with this requirement will be a breach of contract.

WATER FILLED FURNITURE. Lessee shall not permit water beds or water filled furniture on the premises unless written permission is granted and a certificate of insurance for such furniture is presented to Lessor or Lessor's representative which shall provide adequate coverage for any damage which may result from the placement of such furniture on the premises.
WATER FILLED FURNITURE. There are no waterbeds or liquid filled furniture allowed in the Apartment.
WATER FILLED FURNITURE. It is hereby mutually agreed by RPM and TENANT(S) that no water filled furniture shall be brought on the premises. TENANT(S) further agrees to remove any water filled furniture found upon the premises by RPM immediately upon request and to pay a service charge of $50 for any month or partial month in which water filled furniture is present.
