Common use of Waste or Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste or Nuisance. Tenant further agrees not to permit or commit any waste, nor to permit any odors, water, noises or undesirable effects to emanate from the Premises or otherwise to permit the Premises to constitute a nuisance or to interfere with the safety, comfort or enjoyment of the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse by Landlord or any other tenants or invitees. If any such condition is not remedied within ten (10) days after written notice, then Landlord may cure such condition in any manner deemed necessary by the Landlord.
