Waste; Nuisance. Tenant may not display, store or sell merchandise or allow carts, construction debris, trash, portable signs, devices or merchandise of any kind or any other objects to be stored or to remain outside of the Premises. Tenant shall not use, or suffer or permit any person or persons to use the Premises in any manner that will tend to create waste or a nuisance or tend to disturb other tenants of the Project. Tenant shall not place or authorize to have placed or affixed handbills or other advertising materials on automobiles or buildings within the Project, nor shall Tenant place or cause to be placed newspaper racks, advertisements or displays in the Common Area.
Waste; Nuisance. County may not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance or other act or thing that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other occupant of the Building.
Waste; Nuisance. Tenant shall not use or permit any other person to use the Premises, or any part thereof, nor allow any person access for any use, which constitutes a waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to Landlord. Tenant further agrees at all times during the Term, at its sole cost and expense, to do all things necessary to maintain the Premises in good, clean and sanitary condition and repair.
Waste; Nuisance. Lessee shall not use the premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance, or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, unreasonable noise, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises) to other tenants in the Building or occupants of neighboring properties. Lessee shall not use the Premises for vehicle repair, sleeping, washing clothes, cooking, or the preparation, manufacturing or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights into the Building or onto neighboring properties.
Waste; Nuisance. Tenant shall not use the Premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to owners or occupants of adjacent properties. Tenant shall not use the Premises for sleeping, washing clothes, cooking or the preparation, manufacture or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights onto adjacent properties. Tenant shall not do anything on the Premises that will cause damage to the Premises.
Waste; Nuisance. The Tenant shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste of the Premises, or any nuisance, annoyance or other unreasonable annoyance which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of adjoining Premises or of the Building by the owners or occupants thereof.
Waste; Nuisance. DevCo shall not suffer to be committed, by any Tenant or otherwise, any waste on the Leased Property or permit any nuisance to exist thereon or with respect thereto.
Waste; Nuisance. Permittee shall not commit, suffer, or permit the commission by others of: (i) any waste or nuisance on the Premises; (ii) any action or use of the Premises which interferes or conflicts with the use of the Premises by SMART or any authorized person; or (iii) any action on the Premises in violation of any laws or ordinances.
Waste; Nuisance. Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to owners or occupants of adjacent properties or other tenants of City. Lessee shall not do anything on the Leased Premises that will cause damage to the Leased Premises or the Rio Vista Municipal Airport.
Waste; Nuisance. Licensee shall not commit, suffer, or permit the commission by others of: (i) any waste or nuisance on the Premises; (ii) any action or use of the Premises which interferes or conflicts with the use of the Premises by County or any authorized person; or
