Common use of Waste Materials Clause in Contracts

Waste Materials. The generation, collection, storage, handling, disposal, transportation and Release of all Hazardous Materials and Waste shall be the responsibility of Unipath and the cost for providing such services shall be borne exclusively by Unipath. As part of the services, Unipath shall collect, handle, package, label and store, treat or dispose of Hazardous Materials and Waste, in a proper and lawful manner, and shall comply with all Laws governing such activity. All Waste generated as a result of the manufacturing process shall be handled and disposed of by Unipath using onsite environmental systems, or, at Unipath's option, through a responsible waste contractor. Unipath, with Warner-Lambert's cooperation, shall be responsible for developing an▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ll procedures necessary to prevent diversion of Product and any labeling materials from the waste stream, including rendering the Product unsalable. Unipath shall immediately notify Warner-Lambert by telephone at such number as Warner-Lambert may spe▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇n notice to Unipath and Warner-L▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇▇▇rate Security at 212-573-7900 if at any time i▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ the Product or any labe▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ls have been lost or stolen.
