Waste Materials. The term “Waste Materials” Material means any putrescible (i) toxic or nonputrescible solidhazardous materials or substances; (ii) solid wastes, semisolidincluding asbestos, liquid polychlorinated biphenyls, mercury, buried contaminants, chemicals, flammable or gaseous explosive materials; (iii) radioactive materials; (iv) petroleum wastes and spills or releases of petroleum products; and (v) any other chemical, pollutant, contaminant, substance or waste of that is regulated by any type whatsoever, including, without limitation;governmental entity under any Environmental Law.
