Waste Handling. DPT shall be responsible for maintaining procedures for the generation, treatment, storage and disposal of wastes resulting from the Services (including any rejected or obsolete Product in its possession), all of which shall comply with all federal, state and local environmental and occupational safety and health requirements (including those applicable to hazardous substances, as defined by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and/or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency).

Waste Handling. Seller shall be responsible for the handling and proper disposal of any waste products produced by the Facility, including but not limited to brine, waste water, and for any costs associated therewith.
Waste Handling. The Collaboration is responsible for the management of the wastes at the Project site. Management includes transfer from experimental containers, containment, neutralization, and temporary storage at the site of generation. SDSTA is responsible for the transfer of the wastes from the Project site to the surface, temporary storage and disposal. Any commitment of funds addressing waste handling will be the subject of a separate agreement to be negotiated between the Parties. ATTACHMENT V—Access, Material Handling and Operations SDSTA will provide: Upon completion of the initial training requirements, a picture ID badge will be issued by SDSTA and shall be worn at all times by the person to whom it is issued while on SDSTA property (including surface and underground). A limited shuttle service for personnel transportation on surface. Coordination of transport of material through SDSTA personnel on surface. Assistance with transportation and assembly of equipment both above ground and underground will be coordinated, as well as ongoing operations and maintenance support that might be provided by SDSTA in support of the Project. Processing of receipt of Collaboration material shipments and delivery to appropriate site. A list will be supplied by the project for all materials brought onsite by members of the Collaboration or by shipping companies. The Collaboration recognizes that hazardous materials must be transported properly to the site. SDSTA will have the right to refuse materials to be brought onto the site, or to mandate special handling, storage or security measures as appropriate for materials where this is deemed necessary by SDSTA. The Collaboration will: Keep SDSTA personnel aware of the location of all onsite Collaboration personnel. Collaboration personnel will check-in as required (e.g., reception at Administration building) or identify themselves on rosters. Follow the facility access policy, including the brass tag procedures for work underground. Collaboration personnel will not be allowed underground without the appropriate SDSTA-approved guides. Drive vehicles (owned, non-owned or hired) within on-site right-of-ways identified by SDSTA and shall park vehicles only in authorized parking spots on surface. Waste Handling. Operator, as Owner's agent and at Owner's expense, shall arrange for the handling and proper preparation for disposal of all wastes produced by the Cogen Facility, other than such wastes as will be disposed of under the terms of the Boiler Ash Disposal Agreement (if any), provided that Owner shall be responsible for selection of the site for disposal of all Hazardous Substances produced by the Cogen Facility and shall sign all required manifests and shipping forms as the generator of such wastes.
Waste Handling. The Owner shall provide, to the City‟s satisfaction, an enclosed environmentally acceptable solid waste disposal system and handling facilities for waste generated from the development. In the event that exterior waste storage, central collection pads or other handling facilities are proposed on the subject lands, then the location and the screening of the said facilities shall be shown on the approved Site Plan. Uses that require food processing or food storage, which could generate an effluent or leachate, shall have the area around the disposal facility graded so that this material is directed to the sanitary sewer, subject to the approval of the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management. The Owner understands and agrees that not all types of developments will be serviced by the City‟s waste collection program. The Owner is responsible for determining if this service will be provided by the City and, if not, shall arrange for separate private service contracts for the proper collection and disposable of waste from the development.
Waste Handling. Novelis Wastes are defined as wastes that exist onsite prior to the performance of the Work. Disposition of Novelis wastes will be performed as prescribed in site procedures and be managed only by Novelis authorized waste facilities. In the absence of specific procedures, disposition will be coordinated with the Novelis Environmental Department. Contractor Wastes are defined as wastes that are generated as a result of the performance of the Work. Disposition of Contractor Wastes are the responsibility of the Contractor, including permitting, waste characterization and the use of approved shipping containers. Novelis reserves the right to disapprove disposal facilities or technologies. Use of Novelis disposal facilities for Contractor Wastes is prohibited unless approved by the NPM. All waste will be placed in authorized waste containers acceptable for offsite disposition. Use of containers other than those approved for the storage of the waste generated is prohibited. Contractor shall identify any waste that is required to be drummed prior to the performance of the Work. Contractor shall notify the NPM and make arrangements to obtain labels from Novelis. Drums shall be labeled with the date, Contractor name, P.O., source of waste, and contents to facilitate characterization (if required) and disposition. Hazardous wastes, including PCB wastes shall be promptly identified and managed in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Scrap steel generated by the performance of the Work is the property of Novelis and will be segregated in accordance with the Novelis Scrap Metal procedure. Universal Wastes (e.g., bulbs, batteries, mercury-containing devices) generated during the performance of the Work must be managed in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including labeling and storage. Disposition of waste oil generated onsite will be coordinated with the Novelis Coolant House. Offsite disposition is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Novelis Environmental Department. Disposition of fill materials must be coordinated through the Novelis Environmental Department. Clean out of concrete trucks is permitted in designated areas only and does not include dumping of excess quantities of concrete. Contact the Novelis Project Manager prior to concrete delivery to define an acceptable clean out location. Waste Handling. The Service Provider has put in place a system for central waste handling (separate handling for office waste, lab waste, hazardous waste) on the BioScape premises. A Consumption Fee for the external collection of lab waste and hazardous waste will be charged separately as set out in Article 2.4.2.

Waste Handling. 5.2.1 The Contractor is obliged and undertakes to handle the waste in compliance with theAct no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste as amended (herreinafter as the “Waste Act“), in particular: a/ To prevent and reduce adverse impacts of waste production and dispose waste in accordance with the hierarchy of the waste management, b/ When performing contracting activity related to the generation of waste, to observe the instructions of the relevant technical supervision and environment unit of SE in line with the internal management regulations valid and applicable to waste in the respective power plant, c/ To collect waste sorted out according to the waste types in designated containers and secure them against degradation, theft or other undesired acts; the premises for the collection of waste shall be assigned to the Contractor by SE (relevant SE technical supervision), d/ To collect separately dangerous waste according to its classification, label them in the prescribed way (waste name, graphic symbol of hazardous characteristics and waste identification sheet.), to manage the waste in compliance with the Waste Act and related legislation, to protect the place of collection of hazardous waste against leakage of contaminants into the soil, water and air. The Contractor shall in connection with the performance allow the qualified personnel of SE (Environment Department and technical supervision of SE) to carry out inspection of handling with waste in order to check correctness of the used procedures.
