Waste Audits. Upon initiation of new and/or significant change in service to solid waste commercial customers, or upon request of the customer, the Grantee shall perform a waste audit for the affected customer. The audit shall consist of the Recycling Coordinator filling out a form approved by the City that identifies volume and characteristics of solid waste, recycling and Organics being generated by the customer, and to provide information upon which suggestions can be made to reduce such generation and/or recycle and/or compost the waste generated. The assessment shall also consist of determining whether the bin signage is adequate, and if internal signage is needed for the Multi-Family complex tenants or employees of commercial and industrial uses. A copy of the audit shall be provided by the Grantee to: the customer, the City and to Grantee's own files.
Waste Audits. Conduct waste audits of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties, County facilities, and/or County schools. Provide all personnel necessary to sort the materials and record and/or analyze the results.
Waste Audits. Contractor shall complete Recycling and Solid Waste audits for twenty (20) Commercial or MFD/MXD Service Recipients per month and provide recommendations to customers on how to improve overall resource efficiency.
Waste Audits. Grantee shall conduct waste audits at the request of City where such waste audits are necessary to enable City to comply with the requirements of State or Federal law. The results of such audits will be memorialized on forms approved by the City. The purpose of the audit will be to identify volume and characteristics of Solid Waste being generated by the customer. A copy of the audit shall be provided by the Contractor to the City, and to Contractor’s own files.
