Common use of Waste and Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste and Nuisance. Tenant shall not commit, suffer or knowingly permit any waste, damage, disfiguration or injury to the Premises, the common areas of the Building, or the fixtures and equipment located therein or thereon. Tenant shall not permit or suffer any overloading of the floors thereof, and shall not place therein any heavy business machinery, safes, computers, data processing machines, or other items heavier than customarily used for general office purposes without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord. Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, action, or disturbance of other tenants, in, at or on the Premises.

Tenant shall not permit or suffer any overloading of the Building floors thereof, and shall not place therein any heavy business machinery, safes, computers, data processing machines, or other items heavier than customarily used for general office purposes without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord. Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, action, or disturbance of other tenants, odors in, at or on emanating from the PremisesPremises that disturbs other Building tenants.

Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall 's architect or engineer (at Tenant's expense), and not use or permit to be used any part of the Building Premises for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, action, unreasonable noise or disturbance of other tenants, action in, at or on the Premises.

Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, action, or disturbance of other tenants, in, at or on the Premises.

Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, action, or disturbance of other tenants, in, at or on the Premises.
