WASHROOMS. Toilet rooms, water-closets and other water apparatus shall not be used for any purposes other than those for which they were constructed.
WASHROOMS. To permit the Tenant and its employees and invitees, in common with others entitled thereto to use the washrooms available to the Leased Premises on each floor of the Building upon which any part of the Leased Premises is located.
WASHROOMS. Washrooms and toilet facilities shall be provided by the Company at all sites and locations and shall be maintained at a standard and number at least equal to the standards required by the provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Such washrooms shall contain sinks, etc. to permit proper hand- washing. In winter, heated trailer washrooms will be provided unless it is unreasonable to do so.
WASHROOMS. 4.01 As far as practicable, washrooms shall be provided at the most suitable terminal on each line. Such washrooms shall be kept in sanitary condition and shall be equipped with a serviceable lock and key. Washroom locations will be identified in the Drivers’ Guide. Washroom location changes between sign-ups will be posted.
WASHROOMS. The City will provide washrooms and lockers for the changing and storage of clothing. Such lockers may be inspected monthly by the Chief of Police and once a month other than for general inspection by the Chief of Police in the presence of the employee assigned such locker; the latter to be made subject to five (5) days’ notice to the employee.
WASHROOMS. 11:13 Where possible, the Company agrees to maintain in its terminal and depots, adequate lunch rooms, clean, sanitary washrooms, having hot and cold water and with toilet facilities. The Company shall maintain a smoke-free environment in all of its buildings.
WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall permit the Tenant and its employees, in common with others entitled thereto, to use the washrooms in the Building on the floor or floors in which the Leased Premises are situate.
WASHROOMS. To permit the Tenant and its employees in common with others entitled thereto to use the washrooms in the Building which may be designated for the Premises;

WASHROOMS. Unless the Leased Premises are equipped with washroom(s), to permit the Tenant and its employees and invitees in common with others entitled thereto to use the public washrooms in the Building on the floor(s) in which the Leased Premises are situate.
