Warranty Not Applicable. The above limited warranty will not apply to: (i) any defects caused by the combination, operation, or use of the Software with software, hardware, or other materials not provided by Perforce; (ii) the Software being modified by any party other than Perforce; and (iii) any use of the Software that does not conform to Perforce’s requirements as set forth in the documentation.

This warranty shall not apply to any WBSM, WBST or SMTS or parts thereof, that (a) has had the Serial Number, Model Number, or other identification markings altered, removed or rendered illegible, (b) has been damaged by or subject to improper installation or operation, misuse, neglect or use with improper equipment; or (c) has been repaired or altered by other than Contractor personnel or has been subject to the opening of any sealed cabinet boxes without Contractor's prior written consent. Additionally, this warranty shall not apply to any parts of the WBSM, WBST or SMTS that have been provided by WildBlue or WildBlue supplier.
