Warranty Extension. In any case, where in fulfilling the requirements of the Contract or any guarantee embraced in or required thereby, the Contractor disturbs, damages or repairs any work guaranteed under the Contract, Contractor shall restore such work to a condition satisfactory to the Division Manager and guarantee such restored work to the same extent and for a like additional period of time as it was originally guaranteed under this Contract.
