Warrants Transferable. (a) Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section 11, this Warrant and all rights hereunder are transferable, in whole, without charge to the holder hereof (except for transfer taxes), upon surrender of this Warrant, properly endorsed and accompanied by written instructions of transfer and an agreement in writing by transferee to be bound by the obligations set forth herein.
