USOC Codes Upon Verizon’s receipt from MCIm of an executed non disclosure agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Verizon, Verizon shall provide MCIm with a complete, electronic copy of USOC codes, and an accompanying alphanumeric description of each code, used by Verizon for provision of services (including UNEs) under this Agreement; as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Verizon acknowledges that it has received an acceptable non-disclosure agreement from MCIm.
