Warranties in relation to Environment and Permits. To the best knowledge of the Sellers, each member of the Target Group is in compliance with the applicable environmental legislation and with the applicable provisions of the French environmental code and equivalent legislation in its country of incorporation and there exists no environmental inspection, audit, study, review, test or analysis relating to the Properties. The Company does not operate an establishment that is subject to the French legislation on classified installations.
