War zones Clause Samples

A War Zones clause defines how contractual obligations are affected when activities or goods are involved in areas experiencing armed conflict or declared as war zones. Typically, this clause exempts parties from liability or performance if operations are disrupted due to war-related risks, or it may restrict travel, shipping, or service delivery to such regions. Its core function is to allocate risk and clarify responsibilities in situations where war or conflict makes normal contract performance unsafe or impossible.
