WALL FINISHES. The Landlord shall provide two (2) coats of paint on all partitions, doors and columns covered by the Standard Allowance using such paint color as is selected by the Tenant from the selections provided by the Landlord.

WALL FINISHES. 1.1 INTERNAL All internal wall areas not tiled to receive a rough, single layer 'scratch' plaster finish. Kitchen wall to be tiled with ceramic, half wall. Bathroom walls to be tiled with ceramic tiles to ceiling height. Showers to receive one coat cement plaster with an approved waterproofing additive applied to walls finished with tiles to ceiling height, laid with approved adhesive and waterproof grouting to manufacturer's specifications.

All restrooms within the building common areas of Government-occupied floors shall have 1) ceramic tile, recycled glass tile, or comparable wainscot from the finished floor to a minimum height of 4’-6” and 2) semi-gloss paint on remaining wall areas, or other finish approved by the Government.
