Waivers, Non-Exclusive Remedies. No failure on the part of the Secured Party to exercise, and no delay in exercising and no course of dealing with respect to, any right under the Note or this Security Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Secured Party of any right under the Note or this Security Agreement preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
