Waiver Procedures. The observance by the Company of any provision of this Article V may be waived (either generally or in a particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively) with the written consent of the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities, and any waiver effected in accordance with this paragraph shall be binding upon each Holder of Registrable Securities.

A State motor vehicle department may establish and carry out procedures under which the department or its agents, upon receiving a request for personal information that does not fall within one of the exceptions in subsection (b), may mail a copy of the request to the individual about whom the information was requested, informing such individual of the request, together with a statement to the effect that the information will not be released unless the individual waives such individual's right to privacy under this section.

This form shall be distributed to all employees by June 1 and returned to the Payroll Office no later than June 15. Election is voluntary and is renewable on subsequent application. Employees not re-electing the waiver shall be automatically re-enrolled in the district’s health insurance plan upon completion of the necessary paperwork without penalty or restriction including but not limited to pre-existing conditions for themselves and eligible dependents. All employees shall have the option of considering the waiver each year of this agreement, subject to the terms of this provision.

Waiver Procedures. Each building wishing to request a Waiver of Contract Provisions shall do so through consensus submission to the Committee by the BLT.
