  • Entitlement to Annual Leave For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.

  • Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of his or her earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.

  • Payment of Annual Leave (a) If an employee takes annual leave during a period, the annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County Xxxxxxx County has been working with the State of Oregon for several years to provide correctional services for the supervision of Senate Bill 1145 cases. Xxxxxxx County is assigned responsibility for all offenders on probation, parole, post-prison supervision, and those offenders sentenced or revoked for periods of one year or less, and on conditional release to the County. The State reimburses the County for expenses associated with housing and supervision of these offenders through Community Corrections Act Funding.

  • Payment of Salary and Receipt of All Benefits Employee acknowledges and represents that, other than the consideration set forth in this Agreement, the Company has paid or provided all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation/paid time off, premiums, leaves, housing allowances, relocation costs, interest, severance, outplacement costs, fees, reimbursable expenses, commissions, stock, stock options, vesting, and any and all other benefits and compensation due to Employee.

  • Term and Annual Renewal The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of its approval by the vote of a majority of the Board of each Issuer, and it shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of its Board, and the vote of a majority of those members of the Board who are neither parties to the Agreement nor interested persons of any such party, cast at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval. “Approved at least annually” shall mean approval occurring, with respect to the first continuance of the Agreement, during the 90 days prior to and including the date of its termination in the absence of such approval, and with respect to any subsequent continuance, during the 90 days prior to and including the first anniversary of the date upon which the most recent previous annual continuance of the Agreement became effective.   • Taking Annual Leave (1) An employee may, on application approved by the Secretary, take annual leave in either of the following ways:

  • General Benefits During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

  • Leave Benefits Paid leave is available to the Superintendent when the following specific conditions are met: (1) the Superintendent is currently employed by the District and (2) the paid leave day is taken on a day Superintendent would otherwise be expected to be at work.
