WAIVER OF RIGHTS UNDER UCC; DEFICIENCY. The Debtor shall be liable for the deficiency if the proceeds of any sale or other disposition of the Collateral are insufficient to pay all amounts to which the Secured Parties are entitled and the reasonable costs, fees and expenses of any attorney employed by the Secured Parties to collect such deficiency.
