Common use of Waiver of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Remedies. (a) The Parties hereby agree that no Party shall have any liability, and neither Party nor any of their respective Affiliates shall make any Claim, for any Loss or any other matter, under, relating to or arising out of this Agreement (including breach of representation, warranty, covenant or agreement) or any other Contract or other matter delivered pursuant hereto, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, other Laws or otherwise, except as expressly provided herein.

Waiver of Remedies. (a) The Parties hereby agree that no neither Party shall have any liability, and neither Party nor any of their respective Affiliates shall make any Claim, for any Loss or any other matter, under, relating to or arising out of this Agreement (including breach of representation, warranty, covenant or agreement) the Software and Intellectual Property License Agreement or any other Contract document, agreement, certificate or other matter delivered pursuant hereto, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, other Laws or otherwise, except as expressly provided herein.in Articles IX and X.
