Common use of Waiver of Partition Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Partition. Each party does hereby waive any right to partition or the right to take any other action which might otherwise be available to such party for the purpose of severing its relationship with the Company or such party's interest in the assets held by the Company from the interests of other Members until the end of the term of both this Company and any successor company formed pursuant to the terms hereof.
