Common use of Waiver; Consent Clause in Contracts

Waiver; Consent. (a) Guarantor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives diligence, presentment, demand for payment, protest, the benefit of any discharge due to any disability of SAIC, and all notices whatsoever in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations, this Guaranty, and any and all rights to require Beneficiary to exhaust any right, power or remedy or proceed against SAIC under the Contract.
